Participate in guided walking sessions designed to improve physical fitness and overall health, addressing multiple dimensions including psychological, social, spiritual, and environmental well-being. Led by Marc Comas from the "Dipsalut Physical Activity" program of the Gironès Sports Council, this initiative promotes the idea that physical activity is essential for happiness. Join us as we walk together and foster a community spirit through these engaging health walks. In case of rain, the outdoor session will be replaced by an indoor activity at the Onyar Civic Center.
