Led by Marc Comas from the Dipsalut 'Physical Activity' program of the Gironès Sports Council, participants will develop a healthier lifestyle while building community connections. Monthly, the final session will feature a local walk that encourages exploration and appreciation of outdoor spaces. This initiative recognizes the vital role of physical activity in maintaining happiness and vitality. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy being active!
