Sociosanitary Care Training Course (Level 2)

This training program offers a Level 2 Certificate in Sociosanitary Care for Dependent Individuals in Social Institutions. Over 480 hours, students will engage in various modules focusing on essential skills for supporting individuals in need of care within institutional settings. Training includes topics such as organizing interventions, hygiene, nutrition, providing psychosocial support, and relational communication. The program also includes obligatory complementary training and practical modules to ensure real-world readiness. Ideal candidates should register with the Employment Office and possess relevant qualifications such as a high school diploma or equivalent. This course is funded by the Public Employment Service of Catalonia with support from the Ministry of Education and other government bodies, preparing individuals for careers in residential care facilities for the elderly and disabled.
