The Personal Growth Group aims to create a safe space for individuals to explore their lives, enhance everyday skills, and receive emotional support in a trusted environment. Participants will be encouraged to set personal goals and devise strategies to achieve them, improving interpersonal relationships and fostering a stronger connection with themselves. This group meets every second Tuesday of the month, creating an ongoing community focused on personal development and well-being.
