Meditation Tasting Sessions
Join us for meditation tasting sessions every Wednesday from 18:30 to 18:50 at the Kadampa Meditation Centre. These sessions are designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of meditation in a short and accessible format. No prior experience is needed, and everyone is welcome to drop in. Each session lasts for 20 minutes, providing a unique opportunity to explore different meditation techniques and find one that resonates with you. The sessions are free of charge, allowing individuals from all backgrounds to participate without any financial burden.
