Talk on 'Skin Care and Prevention'

As our skin changes with age, it requires specific care. This talk will cover common changes that occur in the skin of older adults and how to prevent issues such as dryness, irritation, and infections. We will provide hygiene tips and important signs to look for. The session will take place on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 5:30 PM at the Vallvidrera Vázquez Montalbán Civic Center. Admission is free, but prior registration is necessary due to limited seating. You can register in person or online starting from March 23 at 4:00 PM.
