A weekly space to explore how you feel and what you need through your body, emotions, and creativity. No prior experience is required. Each session combines different practices: bioenergetic exercises to release accumulated tension, free movements to listen to your body without judgment, theatrical games to express parts of yourself that you usually silence, free dance to liberate control, and artistic activities (like painting, writing, or collage) to shape what you feel. There are also moments to talk, reflect, and listen to each other without rush. We base our work on current psychological tools (like ACT and the Unified Protocol), but without doing therapy: we simply create a safe and lively space to be yourself, without dogmas and with great respect. Led by psychologist Aleix Mercader. Important: not recommended for people with physical injuries.
