This new exhibition, curated by Teresa Montaner and Marta Ricart, explores the inseparable relationship between art and space. It draws inspiration from a working portfolio created by Miró between the 1950s and 1960s, preserved in a valuable archive of drawings donated to the Foundation. These documents reflect on space and time as essential elements of his practice and introduce the idea of a new way to connect people with art. The exhibition creates an experience that highlights the relationships between the artworks, the venue, and the audience. In this renewed path, Sert's architecture plays a crucial role: the artist and architect collaborated closely to design specific spaces for specific works, a logic that is paramount once again. The building sets the rhythms, perspectives, and thresholds that enhance the viewer's experience.
