Irídia Fest is a dynamic festival aimed at addressing the culture of hate while promoting culture as a tool for social transformation, community building, and resilience. Now in its fourth edition, it serves as a vital meeting point for culture, human rights, and collective celebration. The festival kicks off with an inaugural event titled 'Art Under Threat,' featuring collaborations with the Artist at Risk collective and two insightful discussions. Following this, the festival will take place at Paral·lel 62, showcasing an artistic program with performances by artists like Baiuca, Aïta mon amour, Faixa, and Hajar. Irídia Fest emphasizes the connections between the two shores of the Mediterranean, bringing together artists who blend tradition with future perspectives, roots with avant-garde expressions, and memory with electronic influences. This unique event aims to illustrate music's power as a bridge to forge links, share struggles, and envision collective futures.
