Sound Equipment Workshop

The City Council of Girona offers local organizations the opportunity to use sound equipment to facilitate small to medium-sized events. This workshop aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of sound equipment operations, from setup to adjustments and effective usage. Attendees will learn which microphone to use for various situations, whether for vocals, instruments, or ambient sounds, as well as how to configure speakers for diverse events such as talks, music performances, and concerts. Furthermore, we will address common sound issues like noise and feedback. The workshop is open to everyone, with no prior experience required. Led by sound technician Joel Novich, participants will gain practical knowledge that can enhance their future events.
