Passive Stretching Workshop
Join our passive stretching workshop designed to introduce participants to relaxation techniques and improve balance in daily life. The exercises will be conducted on the ground, incorporating guided stretching aligned with breath awareness, focusing on body balance and bodily listening. This workshop runs from April 13 to June 15, 2026 and takes place every Monday from 10:10 to 11:25. It is free of charge, allowing everyone to participate without any financial strain. Registration will be available from March 18 to March 29, providing an opportunity for individuals to engage in a calming and restorative practice. Participants are encouraged to bring a mat and, if needed, a cervical cushion to facilitate their experience. This workshop aims to enhance participants' physical and mental well-being through mindful movement and relaxation.
