Family Nature Exploration: River Discovery

Join us for an exciting family-friendly activity focused on scientific sampling of river fauna at the Civic Center Pont Major in Girona. Participants will have the chance to actively engage in discovering aquatic life, such as fish, amphibians, and invertebrates, through hands-on scientific methods. This experience is part of the Girona 4 Rius Lliure de Barreres project and aims to create awareness about local biodiversity and ecological conservation efforts. Participants will learn about various species, their characteristics, and the techniques used in scientific research. It’s a wonderful opportunity for families to connect with nature and contribute positively to environmental sustainability while enjoying a fun, educational outing together.
