Join the SMOempren Lab for a collaborative and practical journey to turn your business idea into reality. This program is tailored for individuals who have a solid business concept but have not yet established their company. Each month, we offer three interactive sessions designed to shape your entrepreneurial project step by step. In the first session, you will design your business model and value proposition using the CANVAS framework, focusing on identifying your ideal customer and understanding their needs. The second session covers business formalization, detailing the legal structures available, essential steps to establish your business, and an overview of fiscal and labor obligations. The final session focuses on understanding economic viability, teaching you how to calculate costs, set pricing, estimate revenues, and determine the break-even point of your project. With small group sizes, participants receive personalized guidance and valuable resources to start their business.
