'Veus en femení' Women's Choir Concert

Celebrate International Women’s Day with the inaugural performance of "Veus en femení"—a special gathering of female choirs across Catalonia, presented by Roig Korai, the girls’ choir from Orfeó Gracienc. This concert highlights the importance of choral singing and elevates the role of women in music. Taking place at the Orfeó Gracienc Auditorium, the event will bring together various choirs including Plèiade, Aglepta, and Voxalba, fostering a spirit of community and empowerment through music. A highlight of the concert will be the premiere of "Desig", a new work by young composer Stephanie Macchi, inspired by Agnès Armengol’s poetry. This concert aims not just to entertain but to inspire and advocate for women's voices in the music world, creating an atmosphere of solidarity and celebration.
