This weekly workshop invites participants to explore their physical and emotional states through creative movement and self-expression, requiring no prior experience. Each session integrates various practices, including bioenergetic exercises to relieve built-up tension, free movement sessions like Keep Moving to listen to one’s body non-judgmentally, theatrical games to voice parts of oneself that are often silent, and free dance aimed at releasing control. Participants also engage in artistic activities such as painting, writing, or collage to articulate their feelings. Time is allocated for open discussions and reflections in a relaxed atmosphere. Grounded in contemporary psychological approaches, like ACT and the Unified Protocol, this workshop aims to create a safe and vibrant environment for self-discovery, free of dogma and full of respect. Note: Not advised for individuals with physical injuries.
