Theatre 'Scenes of a Separation' by Cia. El Eje

Based on Ingmar Bergman's "Secrets of a Marriage," Joana and Alba are two women in love, living in a Barcelona that pushes them to their limits. In five key scenes of their relationship, the couple examines, questions, and dismantles their bond through a process that tests not only their connection but also how love is narrated today. "Scenes of a Separation" is a portrait of the fragility of adult love in an individualistic and meritocratic system, but it is also simply a love story between two people who know that separating does not always mean stopping loving. Perhaps, it can even become a way to love better.
