The exhibition 'Tomatoes' dives into the everyday world of the artist's grandfather's garden, capturing the growth of each tomato over the course of a year. Judit Bou aims to represent an unattainable totality, highlighting the challenge of photographing the continuous process of ripening tomatoes. Through this project, Bou presents a matrix that organizes a multitude of images surrounding the maturation of the red fruit. Instead of promoting a singular perception, the series of fragmented photographs creates an expansive and detailed cartography that invites viewers to navigate through the various interconnected images. This approach reflects the multiple temporalities, perspectives, and fragments inherent in reality. Judit Bou Comas, born in Tona, Barcelona in 1996, graduated in Photography and Contemporary Creation from Idep Barcelona. Her work centers on understanding how photography can explore the essence of time. She envisions reality as layers that intertwine, creating networks
