Celebrate International Women's Day with 'Les Xinxes,' a multidisciplinary performance that captures the essence and struggles of women workers from the historic Cànem factory in Poblenou. Blending performing arts, audiovisual elements, and visual installation, this project is a tribute to the collective memory of industrious women, reconstructed through collaboration with local female participants. The project, created by the company María La Culpa, showcases the talent of actresses Daniela Jacques and Marisol Robertson, who bring diverse theatrical training to enrich their performance. Engaging with themes of women's perspectives and historical narratives, this theatrical experience explores new forms of expression and commitment to vibrant storytelling. The company has been recognized in various international festivals, enhancing their dedication to developing impactful community-oriented projects.
