This exhibition, titled "Mirades del verd," explores the evolution of urban green infrastructure in Barcelona through two perspectives: the origins and developments of the city's parks and gardens from the 19th century to the present day. It highlights the many benefits that green spaces contribute to urban life, including their aesthetic appeal, historical significance, and importance as sources of biodiversity, health, beauty, and community life. Produced by the Barcelona City Council and presented by the Aula Ambiental de Sant Andreu, this exhibition aims to raise awareness about the crucial role that green areas play in enhancing urban living.
