The exhibition showcases the work of Eugeni Forcano, who, in the spring of 1962, was invited alongside ten other Spanish photographers to capture the essence of Paris. This project, initiated by Charles Duprat from the French Tourism Commission, aimed to reveal the unique lifestyle of Parisians. The group, which included notable photographers such as Joan Colom and Francisco Gómez, had special access to the city from May 21-28, allowing them to produce an extensive visual report. Their collective works were first showcased in late 1962 in Barcelona and early 1963 in Madrid. To commemorate the centenary of Forcano’s birth, this exhibition, opening March 10, 2026, features a curated selection of 30 unpublished photographs sourced from his vast archive in Canet de Mar.
