Blue Illumination of Drassanes Walls

Every weekend, the walls of Drassanes are illuminated blue as part of a city initiative by the Barcelona City Council. This lighting emphasizes the architectural heritage of the walls and the portal of Santa Madrona, which is a well-preserved medieval fortification. Visitors can witness this captivating display on weekends, transforming the historic site into a beautiful visual experience. Please note that during the summer months, the illumination occurs from Friday to Sunday between 9:00 PM and midnight, while in winter, it is from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
