13th Amateur Film Showcase

This event celebrates the evolution of amateur cinema, starting with a film from before the video era, "Art Made Woman" (1972, 23 min.), a sophisticated performance by Gonçal Sobrer that showcases the beaches of Barcelona as they were in that time. We will transition into the electronic cinema era with a selection of short films and documentaries, including 'Riaño' (10 min.) by Jordi Micó, which recounts the tragic destruction of nine villages in León for dam construction in 1987.
