Workshop: Food Waste Cooking

This practical workshop teaches participants how to utilize food to prevent waste, led by chef Montse Busquets, a member of the La Cata association. The activity is part of the DeProfit Girona project, promoted by Rezero with support from the Generalitat de Catalunya. Attendees will learn techniques to give a second chance to food close to expiration and take home valuable lessons.
