Experience: Meta Park Zoo
META-PARK Montseny Riells
In this workshop, we will explore the phenomenon of Foley in cinema: how artists create realistic sound effects through studio recordings to enhance the soundtrack and auditory experience. In films, we hear the voices of the protagonists, but also many invisible and essential sounds: the gallop of a horse, footsteps, a closing door, someone scratching their head, or shaking off their clothes. By recording all these sounds, Foley artists invent ways to make them as realistic as possible.
