The Open Music Classroom invites participants to immerse themselves in the rich world of classical music, offering a chance to experience and appreciate renowned works with depth and engagement. This initiative by the Municipal Music School of Girona aims to demystify classical compositions, encouraging everyone to feel a personal connection with the music. The sessions, led by Rafael Esteve Alemany, a founder of this educational project since 1998, prepare participants with a mix of listening and discussions around various notable pieces. The course is structured in three trimesters, each with unique thematic focuses and held primarily at La Marfà alongside selected sessions at the Auditorium, particularly before scheduled concerts. Prospective attendees can register for individual sessions or the entire course. Experience a free session at the Auditorium, featuring a concert by Marc Piqué and Alberto Reguera during the second half.
