Josep Pla (1897-1981) and Caterina Albert (1869-1966)
This literary activity revolves around two Girona writers: Josep Pla and Caterina Albert (Víctor Català). Josep Pla will be remembered in the square named after him, near the sculpture by Pia Crozet, commemorating his passing on April 23, 1981, while reading his texts. Caterina Albert will be remembered on the 60th anniversary of her death, also with readings of her work. Both have been honored poets at the Night of Poets.
