The mayor of Girona, Lluc Salellas i Vilar, will inaugurate the 71st edition of the Girona, Temps de Flors festival, during which the efforts and dedication of the Friends of Flowers Association will be recognized. The event will take place at the Jardins dels Alemanys and is free to enter.
