A practical workshop on food waste cooking as part of the DeProfit Girona project, promoted by Rezero with the support of the Government of Catalonia. The activity is led by chef Montse Busquets, a member of the women's collective La Cata, and offers the opportunity to give a second life to products that are about to spoil. The session is expected to be very practical with applicable content for home.
