A practical workshop to learn and master the basic techniques of chocolate. Participants will learn to temper, use molds and piping bags, and create basic chocolate products. By the end of the workshop, four different products will be prepared, and techniques for working with chocolate in other applications will be taught. The activity includes an entry for a free visit to the museum before or after the workshop. Aimed at adults and youth over 16 years old. Includes product tasting.
