Join us for a workshop focused on preparing Hawaiian poke bowls using fresh and healthy ingredients. In this session, led by Mercè Jiménez from Atavola, participants will learn how to properly cut ingredients, make sauces, and assemble a balanced bowl. Attendees are required to bring an apron, kitchen towel, and containers for leftovers. The workshop takes place at the Centre Cívic Navas. Pre-registration is necessary due to limited spaces. Registration is available online or in person at the center, starting 7 days before the event, refunds will not be provided after this period.
