Workshop 'Pa de Sant Jordi'

This hands-on workshop is suitable for all ages and teaches participants how to make traditional 'Pa de Sant Jordi' step-by-step at the Centre Cívic Trinitat Vella. Led by master baker Josep Jordà, the session welcomes children accompanied by adults. As part of the workshop, attendees will engage in creating this iconic bread associated with the festival of Sant Jordi, learning about its cultural significance and preparation methods.
