Workshop: Growing with Family for Challenging Families

This workshop aims to support families with kids and preteens in navigating the challenges presented by mobile phones. The session focuses on guiding families through a progressive and mindful introduction to mobile phone usage. Using a participatory approach, the workshop will help attendees reach a mutual agreement on appropriate usage and how to manage conflicts that arise from screen time.
