Workshop and Guided Tour: Upcycling Cooking

Upcycling Cooking is an activity that combines a guided tour of the Centre Cívic el Sortidor, where participants will discover practical ways to extend the life of objects and reduce waste generation. Following the tour, there will be a cooking workshop where the audience can observe live how to prepare simple and creative recipes that give a second life to food that is often discarded, learning easy ideas to apply at home.
