Training on Reporting Safely for Victims of Crime

The upcoming training session titled 'Safe Reporting: Protecting Irregular Administrative Status Victims' is designed to equip organizations with the necessary resources to protect individuals in an irregular status who become victims of crime. This free training session aims to empower attendees with legal frameworks and practical strategies to safely navigate cases involving vulnerable populations. Led by Natalia Caicedo, a Constitutional Law Professor at UB and a member of the MigraDret research group, alongside Oriol Nebot, a lawyer with Caritas Barcelona and a substitute professor at UB, participants will gain valuable insights into the best practices for secure reporting to enhance the safety and legal protection of victims while addressing the challenges they face.
