Theater: 'Terrible Desire to Live'

A free adaptation of Chekhov's 'The Three Sisters', this play follows Olga, Maria, and Iria as they navigate a world filled with inadequate men and a stagnant social structure that hinders their fight for a different life. Andreu struggles to fulfill the role of a strong protector and provider, failing to connect with his sisters and partner Natalia. All characters feel trapped in a reality they despise, blaming others for their anguish and sense of failure. This version features four actresses portraying all characters, exploring themes of belonging and identity.
