In 2024, as part of the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Salvador Puig Antich's execution, the play 'Puig Antich, Open Case' will be staged at La Model - Memorial Space. This theatrical work, based on the book by journalist Jordi Panyella, reconstructs the judicial process against Salvador Puig Antich and engages the audience in the very space where he spent his last days. The performance highlights the numerous irregularities in the judicial process that led to the execution of the young anarchist militant. Due to the success and public acclaim of previous performances, the City Council of Barcelona has announced additional showings of 'Puig Antich, Open Case' in 2026, again offering free access to the public.
