Talk 'The Right to Migrate: Experiences and Resistances in the LGBTIQ Community'

As part of the defense of human rights for people in mobility, a talk focused on the right to migrate from an intersectional perspective, with special attention to the LGBTIQ+ community, is organized. The activity aims to be a space for reflection on the structural causes that force these individuals to migrate, as well as the challenges and forms of violence they face during transit and in host societies. The goal is to promote an inclusive vision of the right to migrate and generate proposals for effective protection of the LGBTIQ+ community in migratory contexts. Organized by ACATHI with the participation of activists, specialists, and migrants.
