Sardana Dance Workshop

Experience the beauty of Catalonia's traditional dance in our 'Corro Sardanista' workshop. This educational series allows attendees to learn and unlearn various collective dance expressions, especially the Sardanas. Led by experts including dancer and musicologist Joan Codina Vila, the workshop features three interactive sessions: The first dives into the introduction and origins of the Sardanas, while the second explores lesser-known variations, including Sardanas satanic, assisted by La Grupa Sardanista. The final session culminates with a creative examination of modern and alternative forms of the dance. Adaptive and inclusive, the sessions promise a fun and informative experience for all, drawing on Catalonia's rich cultural heritage in a collaborative learning environment.
