Postpartum yoga classes provide an opportunity for mothers to reconnect with other women, sharing experiences of motherhood and childcare. These classes focus on postural yoga for mothers while creating a supportive space for mutual expression and relaxation. Empathy, gentleness, and calm are key elements of this yoga time, along with discovery, play, and massage for the babies. Note: Registration is per baby, and each baby must be accompanied by an adult. It is recommended to start after 40 days postpartum, provided there are no medical contraindications, and until the baby begins to crawl, approximately 2 to 9-10 months. 11 sessions led by Carmen Chito.
