The 42nd annual pilgrimage to the Sant Medir Shrine, an important tradition celebrating the festival of Sant Medir, has been postponed due to health safety concerns related to an outbreak of African swine fever. In adherence to strict measures aimed at controlling access to the natural park, we regret to inform that this year’s foot ascent to the shrine is cancelled until further notice. This event typically brings together the community in celebration and unity, making this postponement particularly disappointing for many.
