Ominira is a unique musical and audiovisual project formed by two environmentalists and a documentarian, inspired by nature and biodiversity. The band masterfully fuses rhythmic elements of dub and trip-hop with vibrations and textures sourced from the natural world, coining their sound as 'posturban.' Their performance offers an immersive experience with visual components that include audio-reactive textures, found footage, and documentary cinema. Having been finalists in multiple prestigious competitions, Ominira released their project 'Egologias' in 2025, a substantial work that solidifies their powerful, dark sound while incorporating influences from British trip-hop and contemporary psychedelic pop-rock.
