'Modern Raw' Cooking Workshop
Join a culinary workshop led by Alicia Orellana focused on modern raw food techniques. This creative and fresh workshop will guide you through the art of preparing dishes such as tartar, ceviche, and carpaccio. The session will teach you simple techniques that enhance flavors and textures in raw cooking. The workshop is scheduled for Fridays from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Civic Center Navas in Barcelona. Participation requires advance registration due to limited space, and a general entry fee of €16.85 plus an additional €10 for materials is applicable. Discounts and subsidies are available; please inquire at the center. Note: No refunds will be issued one week prior to the session's start.
