Join a culinary workshop led by Alicia Orellana focused on modern raw food techniques. The session will teach you simple techniques that enhance flavors and textures in raw cooking. The workshop is scheduled for Fridays from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Civic Center Navas in Barcelona. Participation requires advance registration due to limited space, and a general entry fee of €16.85 plus an additional €10 for materials is applicable.
