Millennial Trilogy 1: Candide or Optimism

Inspired by Voltaire, this play weaves together Candide, Werther, and Les Misérables to explore the aspirations, struggles, and contradictions of the Millennial generation through the distinct style of author and director Miquel Mas Fiol. The three parts will be showcased consecutively from Wednesday to Friday, with a marathon over the weekend! It features an optimistic youth overwhelmed by motivational slogans, a romantic individualistic girl facing the commercialization of sadness, and young rebels lulled by the siren calls of mainstream culture.
