In our fast-paced society, the pressure is mounting and both adults and children are feeling the effects of stress and mental health challenges like never before. The demands of life seem relentless, leaving little room for enjoyment or self-care. As the awareness of mental health issues rises, we are confronting the collective struggles surrounding psychological well-being. However, there is still uncertainty on how to effectively change habits and pace, as well as how our health systems can adapt to the increasing prevalence of mental health concerns. This event features a panel discussion with experts such as Guillem Feixes, a clinical psychologist from the Catalan Institute of Studies, and Josefina Castro Fornieles, a psychiatrist also affiliated with the Institute. The discussion will be moderated by Lara Bonilla, the director of the 'Criatures' supplement for ARA and a medical journalist. Before the talk at 16:30, attendees are invited to participate in a guided tour of the venue
