Mercado de la Tierra is a local producers' market organized by Slow Food Barcelona, held on Saturdays at Jardins de les Tres Xemeneies. It features over forty seasonal producers offering vegetables, cured meats, dairy products, sourdough bread, honey, natural wines, craft beer, preserves, and more. The event promotes sustainable food, food sovereignty, and short distribution chains, with participation from Slow Food chefs and parallel activities highlighting local gastronomy.
