Literature Festival 'Liternatura': Reading Space 'Let's Read in the Garden'

The 'Let's Read in the Garden' project aims to promote reading and cultural use of public spaces, specifically in the Rubio and Lluch Gardens. This initiative seeks to revitalize reading in public spaces from a community perspective, linking it with local facilities, services, and entities. The project also aims to recover the playful use of the gardens and encourage healthy activities. The central area of the gardens will feature tables and chairs for public use, offering magazine and newspaper consultations, book exchanges, reading selections, and weekly activities for conversation and reading groups. It will be a space for reading, working, or playing, allowing visitors to relax and enjoy the surroundings. This initiative is supported by the Ciutat Vella District, the Sant Pau-Santa Creu Library, and the Biblioteca de Catalunya, in collaboration with the Gardunya Community Table.
