Presented by ACTAC and the Tomasa Cuevas Civic Center, directed by Enric Estany and Montserrat Llucià. Recommended for ages 16 and up, this 60-minute poetry show commemorates the 50th anniversary of the 'Congress of Catalan Culture,' a significant mobilization that promoted a national project for Catalan culture. The congress began while Franco was still alive and concluded after the 1977 elections, involving 15,000 participants and 1,400 entities. It was one of the most important cultural mobilization initiatives in Europe. This event honors the poets' crucial role in the congress and their commitment to the unity of the language. An exhibition related to the Congress will be available at the center throughout October.
