Lecture "Matisse, Between Form and Color" by Francisco Jarauta

This lecture will explore the evolution of Matisse's work, from his early Fauvist experiments to his final creations, where form is reduced to its purest essence. We will analyze how he transformed color into an autonomous expressive tool and how he gradually simplified lines and volumes to arrive at a new conception of form.
