Join us for the launch of the fourth season of 'Arqueopodcast', the first archaeology podcast in Catalan, at the MAC auditorium in Barcelona. This presentation will feature the exclusive premiere of the first two episodes, which delve into the fascinating lives of the Counts of Urgell. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a conversation with key figures including Mònica Borrell, director of MAC; Robert Porta, director of the Monastery of les Avellanes; Carme Alòs, director of the Museum of Noguera; and Núria Armentano, researcher at MAC. This season focuses on an anthropological study of skeletal remains from the monastery of Santa Maria de Bellpuig. These remains belong to Ermengol X, along with his parents and brother, and the study is the result of collaboration with specialists from the monastery, the Museum of Noguera, and MAC. The fourth season will consist of 12 episodes, released on the last Thursday of each month across major podcast platforms.
