Both musicians, hailing from different origins—Mexico and Catalonia—have undergone parallel journeys of musical rediscovery while living abroad. Utilizing jazz and improvisation as their shared language, the duo creates a vivid sonic bridge that intertwines diverse influences, resulting in a richly nuanced disc. With six original pieces, including three from each composer, the project features renowned jazz artists Antonio Sánchez on drums and Marco Mezquida on piano.
